Tasks
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients
- Access wealth management capabilities and solutions
- Identify and develop HNW/UHNWIs, Entrepreneurs, Single/Multi Family Office, and institutional investors
- Acquire and maintain client relationships
- Increase share of wallet and assets under management
- Generate net new assets and revenue efficiently
- Balance client relationships, prospect building, investment growth, and administrative compliance
- Plan and manage business resources (time, budget)
- Collaborate with coverage, product, and support functions
- Leverage other DB divisions for value proposition
- Recommend suitable investment products and credit solutions
- Review client portfolios periodically for alignment with investment objectives
- Partner with IMs to discuss financial goals and market conditions
- Act as Accountable Client Owner for AML aspects
- Maintain relationships with management teams
- Inform management of supervisory attention needs
- Support business growth strategies and new products
- Participate in client social events and marketing activities
- Follow up on Key Risk Indicators
- Ensure timely KYC reviews and document deficiencies
- Conduct cross-border travel and meeting call reports
- Review portfolio performance regularly
- Document call reports with quality notes
- Build and maintain existing client relationships
- Own the relationship process from initiation to closure
