In this role, you will spearhead the digital transformation of planning processes across Europe, leveraging advanced technologies to enhance service and performance. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, driving innovation, and leading a talented team to achieve impactful results.

Requirements

• •Hands-on experience with o9 implementation or experience with Kinaxis, SAP IBP, or similar
• •Examples of AI/ML use in planning
• •Leadership in end-to-end digital transformation
• •Understanding of enterprise data architecture and governance
• •Knowledge of CPG dynamics and multi-market complexity
• •Ability to influence senior leaders and manage change
• •Experience working across Europe and cultural adaptability
• •10+ years of experience in supply chain or digital transformation
• •Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or MBA preferred
• •Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus

• •Lead the digital transformation of planning processes in the supply chain
• •Implement and scale the o9 advanced planning solution
• •Drive innovation in planning using AI/ML for forecasting and scenario modeling
• •Collaborate with data, IT, and business teams to establish a strong data foundation
• •Define the digital roadmap for supply chain planning
• •Serve as a change agent and digital champion within the organization
• •Build and manage a high-performing team of solution owners and data engineers
• •Ensure effective deployment of capabilities and processes for a great user experience
• •Redesign non-value-added work processes for improved efficiency
