Tasks
- Lead development and approval of Laudes' six-year organisational strategy
- Facilitate approval of Challenge long-term strategies by governance committees
- Manage annual planning cycle, including financial and strategic aspects
- Collaborate across Constanter for alignment and dependency management
- Support programmatic teams in adapting strategies with evidence
- Partner with Director of Programmes to sharpen Challenge strategies
- Maintain current understanding of external landscape trends and risks
- Synthesise and share relevant intelligence with teams and stakeholders
- Build organisational capabilities in futuring and foresight
- Represent Laudes in external forums, sharing thought leadership
- Explore and develop emerging opportunities in new industries and geographies
- Manage and report on the innovation budget
- Lead special initiatives to deepen Laudes' impact
- Support programmatic teams in integrating innovation into strategies
- Ensure coherent approach to AI and frontier technologies
- Hold joint accountability for Laudes' health and performance
- Manage organisational risk and navigate sensitive matters
- Support CEO in building a motivated and mission-aligned organisation
- Contribute to networks of philanthropic funders and investors
- Participate in senior-level global forums
- Serve on relevant boards of Laudes and partners
