Tasks

• •Lead the vision and roadmap for cloud kitchen products
• •Own the strategy for CRM and vendor operations
• •Translate operational challenges into high-impact technical roadmaps
• •Manage a high-caliber team of managers and individual contributors
• •Coach and develop the next generation of leaders
• •Communicate product vision and technical trade-offs to leadership
• •Collaborate with engineering, data, and commercial teams
• •Integrate the tech stack into the global infrastructure
• •Liaise between the Berlin hub and regional business heads
• •Drive growth for key metrics like sales and occupancy
• •Foster a servant leadership culture within the department
