- Build and lead expert communities of practice
- Establish KPIs and benchmarking for marketing skills
- Focus on AI and integrated omnichannel models
- Oversee the digital knowledge hub learning platform
- Monitor external marketing trends and methodologies
- Enable high-performing teams to flourish
- Partner with the Customer Experience leadership team
