- •Outstanding drug development expertise with 3-5 years of experience, including 2+ years in early drug development
- •Expertise across different biologies and modalities, including small and large molecules
- •Relevant global health authority interactions and current knowledge of regulatory review and responses
- •Ability to independently develop a sound medical strategy and teach others
- •Strong communication and leadership skills, strategic thinking, and good business and external trends insights
- •High energy with focus and vision; self-motivated with a high sense of ownership and proactive, solution-oriented approach

- •Act as the clinical leader for global programs
- •Develop a clinical vision for unmet medical needs
- •Ensure timely delivery of milestones and mitigate roadblocks
- •Support preclinical evaluation of new oncology assets
- •Guide preclinical asset development for informed decision making
- •Review key study documents for alignment with development plans
- •Provide knowledge of the scientific and regulatory landscape
- •Interact with academic and industry partners and health authorities
- •Lead strategic initiatives for ECDO and RED-ONC
- •Independently lead matrix teams for innovative collaboration
- •Foster a culture of ownership and drive peer accountability
