In this role, you will lead clinical strategies for global oncology programs, ensuring timely milestones and innovative collaboration. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve guiding preclinical developments, interacting with key stakeholders, and shaping the future of drug development.

Requirements

• •M.D. with 5+ years in direct patient care and board certification in oncology/hematology or associated subspecialties
• •Outstanding drug development expertise with 3-5 years of experience, including 2+ years in early drug development
• •Expertise across different biologies and modalities, including small and large molecules
• •Relevant global health authority interactions and current knowledge of regulatory review and responses
• •Ability to independently develop a sound medical strategy and teach others
• •Strong communication and leadership skills, strategic thinking, and good business and external trends insights
• •High energy with focus and vision; self-motivated with a high sense of ownership and proactive, solution-oriented approach

Tasks

• •Act as the clinical leader for global programs
• •Develop a clinical vision for unmet medical needs
• •Ensure timely delivery of milestones and mitigate roadblocks
• •Support preclinical evaluation of new oncology assets
• •Guide preclinical asset development for informed decision making
• •Review key study documents for alignment with development plans
• •Provide knowledge of the scientific and regulatory landscape
• •Interact with academic and industry partners and health authorities
• •Lead strategic initiatives for ECDO and RED-ONC
• •Independently lead matrix teams for innovative collaboration
• •Foster a culture of ownership and drive peer accountability
