Leading global quality for high-end battery technology and power management products, coordinating international teams from headquarters. Technical degree in engineering and international experience in Asian cultures required. Global team leadership, significant international coordination.
Requirements
- Completed technical degree in electrical engineering, medical technology, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or similar
- Several years of experience in quality management in manufacturing and development companies
- Independent, structured, analytical working style and high problem-solving skills
- Leadership experience, confident manner, and assertiveness
- International experience in various Asian cultures
- Fluency in English and willingness to travel regularly on national and international business
Tasks
- Lead the central quality department at headquarters
- Coordinate international quality teams
- Maintain and enhance competitive advantage through high quality
- Plan and ensure customer-oriented quality
- Fulfill global market requirements
- Ensure reliability in products and processes
- Manage supplier quality and production processes
- Oversee ISO 13485, ISO 9001, and FDA QS-Reg 820 quality management systems
- Prepare for and support audits at global locations
- Follow up on audits with suppliers, customers, and certification bodies
- Manage international quality projects, including digitalization of the quality area
- Expand the international quality reporting system
- Collect and evaluate quality data for meaningful dissemination
- Lead interdisciplinary CAPA teams
- Manage stakeholders and implement continuous improvement programs
- Handle complaints and recalls, managing all stakeholders involved
- Conduct market analysis to identify optimization opportunities
- Harmonize and further develop existing processes
- Establish high standards and best practices
- Conduct training and workshops to transfer knowledge
