Requirements

  • •Master’s, PhD in Computer Science, or equivalent
  • •Experience in architecture and interface design
  • •Experience with model-assisted design (plus)
  • •Leadership experience in global organizations
  • •Excellent communication skills and diplomatic tact
  • •Ability to adapt to technology landscapes
  • •Ability to inspire and motivate teams
  • •Willingness to travel occasionally internationally
  • •Fluency in English
  • •Knowledge of European languages (beneficial)

Tasks

  • •Lead the Global Architecture and UX Process
  • •Report directly to the Vice President of R&D
  • •Manage the Global Architecture and UX department budget
  • •Develop architecture and building block roadmaps
  • •Increase technology re-use to reduce time-to-market
  • •Define common UX frameworks for end-to-end solutions
  • •Integrate UX frameworks into global product architecture
  • •Align architecture roadmaps with product and solution management
  • •Facilitate building block adoption across global engineering teams
  • •Enable knowledge transfer on new technologies
  • •Mentor a team of architects and UX designers
