- BSc/MSc in engineering, chemistry, fragrance technology or related fields
- 8+ years hands-on experience in fast-paced manufacturing
- Manufacturing process optimization knowledge
- Preferable experience in perfume liquid technologies
- Proven track record of technical (re)formulation
- Strong understanding of perfume raw material functions
- Strong understanding of raw material performance
- Strong understanding of regulatory constraints
- Strong understanding of safety constraints
- Experience working with operations teams
- Experience working with procurement teams
- Experience working with supply chain teams
- Ability to balance creative formulation with operational considerations
- Ability to balance creative formulation with cost considerations
- Familiarity in formulation
- Familiarity in process systems (compounding, filling & Packaging)
- Familiarity in data analysis
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Experience presenting to senior leaders
- Fluent in English
- Preferably fluent in French
- Knowledge of another language is a plus

Tasks
- Drive integration between perfumery operations, creations, and growth office
- Ensure seamless scale-up of new perfumery product creations and industrialization
- Optimize manufacturing processes and material use for efficiency
- Streamline formulation portfolios and enhance supply chain responsiveness
- Establish efficient scaling processes for perfumery liquid technologies
- Industrialize new products, formulations, and processes
- Ensure cost-effective, manufacturable, and supply-resilient formulas
- Lead process and material optimization for total delivery cost reduction
- Develop and optimize fragrance solutions for manufacturing
- Meet creative, regulatory, safety, quality, and technical requirements
- Optimize formulas and material choices for scalability and production efficiency
- Collaborate with perfumery operations and growth office to eliminate complexity
- Develop 'Right First Time - formula Design & Qualification' capability
- Ensure robust and manufacturing-ready liquid formulations across plants
- Standardize and rationalize active material list and upstream RM palettes
- Improve manufacturing yield, operating cost, and process simplification
- Propose alternative materials for efficiency
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align on strategic goals
- Contribute to sustainability, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support Perfumery SHAPE strategy of growth, efficiency, and synchronization
