  • •10+ years finance technology leadership experience
  • •Expertise in finance process and systems
  • •Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA
  • •Knowledge of ecosystem integration across platforms
  • •Technical knowledge of Data lakes and Analytics
  • •Excellent problem-solving skills
  • •Ability to support FP&A analytics uplift
  • •Knowledge of automation and data quality
  • •SAP certifications (desirable)
  • •Knowledge of AI and machine learning
  • •Strong change management skills
  • •Experience with cloud platforms and frameworks

Tasks

  • •Co-create a scalable digital finance strategy
  • •Partner with senior leaders to align digital initiatives
  • •Design a scalable finance system and data architecture
  • •Serve as the SAP S/4HANA subject matter expert
  • •Implement advanced analytics and reporting tools
  • •Develop frameworks for what-if scenario modeling
  • •Automate shared service operations and financial processes
  • •Identify and deliver AI and RPA use cases
  • •Support legacy system migration to S/4HANA
  • •Integrate S/4HANA with Salesforce and procurement systems
  • •Drive global standard processes and minimize customization
  • •Translate business needs into digital requirements
