Requirements

  • 8–12+ years executive compensation experience
  • English fluency and German proficiency
  • Degree in Economics, Finance, or Law
  • Expertise in executive compensation design
  • Experience with Swiss regulatory reporting
  • Experience with compensation systems
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration
  • Strong ethical judgment and integrity
  • Strategic thinking and project leadership

Tasks

  • Design and optimize the executive compensation framework
  • Align reward programs with business strategy and risk appetite
  • Partner with senior leadership to attract and motivate executives
  • Implement annual and long-term incentive programs
  • Manage equity plans and value-creating reward programs
  • Oversee external advisors to ensure competitive pay
  • Develop performance metrics and payout rules
  • Integrate ESG considerations into compensation targets
  • Manage remuneration disclosure and Swiss regulatory reporting
  • Ensure data integrity and privacy across compensation processes
  • Monitor international governance and disclosure changes
  • Advise on required policy and process updates
  • Prepare materials for the Nomination and Compensation Committee
  • Support ESG-linked incentives and cross-border mobility initiatives
