Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or relevant fields
  • 7+ years of experience in managing and leading continuous improvement efforts
  • Extensive experience driving cross-functional improvements using EBS or other continuous improvement tools (Lean)
  • Experience in Lean processes and principles, ideally in a structured lean setting
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment with conflicting priorities
  • Excellent and influential interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, listening) across functions and levels
  • Ability to manage up and across the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically from a general management standpoint
  • Masters’ Degree or MBA preferred
  • Certification in some EBS tools (internal candidates) preferred
