Group financial reporting, forecasting, and planning for a top 100 automotive supplier. 8+ years in corporate controlling, financial turnarounds experience a plus. Restructuring-driven environment, steering regions for target achievement.
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration or comparable educational background
- 8+ years professional experience in Finance and Controlling
- Experience in automotive industry, preferably industrial controlling
- Solid experience in Corporate Controlling (reporting, forecasting, planning)
- Experience in financial turnarounds, transformation, restructuring, and collaboration with external stakeholders (auditors & advisory firms) is a plus
- Proven leadership skills to motivate and inspire teams
- Ability to achieve high performance during transformation and restructuring
- Strong commitment to delivering results
- Ability to build robust and sustainable controlling structures
- Team player with strong social competence (enthusiasm and persuasiveness)
- Conflict management skills
- International experience and intercultural competence are a plus

Tasks
- Coordinate and deliver Group Reporting, Forecasting, and Planning
- Analyze and ensure transparency of financial performance
- Evaluate financial performance in a dynamic, restructuring-driven environment
- Drive achievement of Group financial targets
- Steer Regions and Business Units to implement corrective measures
- Run standardized performance reviews using KPIs
- Perform data-driven analyses
- Act as a senior finance partner to Regions and Business Units
- Promote financial efficiency and organizational transformation
- Collaborate with external stakeholders
- Ensure consistent financial narratives
- Interact professionally with executive level and external partners
- Lead Corporate Controlling
- Develop and reinforce Corporate Controlling organization
- Strengthen leadership capabilities, trust, and engagement
- Foster a performance-driven culture aligned with company strategy
