- Oversee internal budget management
- Develop and execute executive communication strategy
- Create leadership messaging and organizational announcements
- Prepare key presentations
- Establish governance frameworks and operating rhythms
- Manage decision-making processes
- Drive cross-functional alignment across regions and functions
- Lead strategic initiatives and transformation programs
- Support employee experience and engagement
- Facilitate organizational health initiatives
- Analyze survey insights and develop action plans
- Oversee compliance and operational rigor
- Coordinate SOX-related processes
