- •At least 6-8 years of experience in consulting, in-house consulting, or project management
- •Experience in FMCG/Retail and Transformation/Change Management
- •Ability to drive strategy with a strong hands-on mindset
- •Capacity to develop concepts and turn them into practical operational initiatives
- •Experience leading change management efforts in a global business operation
