- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel); initial experience with project or portfolio management tools is a plus
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); German is a plus

- Contribute to transparency across strategic initiatives
- Prepare analyses and materials for executive updates
- Support high-priority digital initiatives as a sparring partner
- Plan and execute DTO-driven strategic initiatives
- Coordinate activities for strategic projects
- Support early-stage digital idea exploration
- Translate business needs into feasible digital initiatives
- Contribute to digital capability building
- Prepare materials for trainings and community sessions
