Description

As a Digital System Architect, you will engage in writing detailed specifications and collaborating with various teams to enhance design quality and efficiency. Your role will involve ensuring compliance with architecture standards while actively participating in industry standards bodies.

Requirements

• •Familiarity with SerDes architectures and associated analog circuits
• •Knowledge of digital and analog design flows
• •Proficient debug skills
• •Strong communication skills
• •Team building and leadership skills
• •Experience working with cross-functional teams
• •Proficient at digital design using Verilog and/or VHDL
• •Proficient at writing algorithms for digital control of analog training functions
• •10+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry
• •Experience with decomposing and partitioning specifications between analog and digital domains
• •Experience leading and working with teams across different geographical sites
• •Experience representing the design team and presenting to customers
• •Experience writing specifications at the chip and block levels
• •Experience writing interface specifications for interfaces external and internal to the chip
• •Proven experience with SerDes system architectures and ecosystems
• •Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Electrical Engineering or higher

Tasks

• •Write and own specifications for chip, block, and interface levels
• •Participate in standards bodies and represent company interests
• •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement design improvements
• •Design and debug assigned logic blocks as needed
• •Work closely with analog, digital, and verification teams to ensure design compliance
• •Review and approve deviations from architecture specifications
