  • Data-driven mindset
  • Exposure to AI, automation, or connected services
  • Ability to operate in international matrix organization
  • Master’s degree in business, engineering, digital, or related field
  • English proficiency (C1 level)
  • German and/or French proficiency

  • Lead strategy for customer and subcontractor self-service solutions
  • Enhance customer experience through digital channels
  • Increase service efficiency and support scalable growth
  • Define and maintain self-service product vision
  • Identify opportunities for digitalizing service journeys
  • Build and manage a value-driven product roadmap
  • Develop business cases and define KPIs
  • Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure focus on customer satisfaction and operational impact
  • Lead agile development cycles with technical teams
  • Translate business needs into clear product requirements
  • Define test strategies and contribute to testing activities
  • Ensure integration with enterprise platforms
  • Act as key interface between service teams and digital functions
  • Support deployment and communication of new solutions
  • Lead rollout of new functionalities and train local teams
  • Contribute to service transformation initiatives
  • Design seamless omnichannel self-service journeys
  • Capture user feedback and refine product strategy
