- Sound knowledge of tracking, tag management, digital advertising formats
- Experience in budget allocation and KPI-based campaign optimization
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven work approach
- Ability to translate insights into strategic recommendations
- Professional, confident client communication
- Ability to explain technical/data topics clearly
- Curiosity for innovation and continuous development
Tasks
- Develop cross-channel digital media strategies and campaigns
- Create detailed media plans
- Allocate media plan budgets
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Independently set up, traffic, and monitor digital campaigns
- Ensure quality of tracking and advertising assets
- Optimize campaign performance based on KPIs
- Analyze market, competitive, and audience data
- Develop and maintain structured reporting setups
- Develop and maintain cross-channel analyses
- Provide clear, data-based recommendations to clients
- Provide clear, data-based recommendations to internal stakeholders
- Prepare and present strategies
- Prepare and present reports
- Prepare and present optimization recommendations
- Collaborate with creative, media, and technology teams
- Collaborate with other interdisciplinary teams
- Coordinate sub-projects within integrated campaigns
- Support implementation of new tools and technologies
- Support implementation of best practices
- Independently manage assigned clients
- Manage daily project operations
- Align closely with Senior Consultants
- Collaborate on complex overall strategies
