Requirements
- Degree in Digital Design, Graphic Design, or Communication Design
- Experience in digital, graphic, or UX/UI design (eCommerce, retail, lifestyle)
- Portfolio demonstrating visual design and digital creation
- Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, Adobe Creative Cloud
- Understanding of UX/UI principles, typography, responsive design, hierarchy
- Organization, detail-orientation, project management
- Communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with CMS and ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA)
- Experience in outdoor, sports, fashion, or lifestyle brands
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge (plus)

Tasks
- Create digital assets for websites
- Design homepage modules, landing pages, and campaign banners
- Develop graphic elements for paid media, loyalty activations, and newsletters
- Apply UX/UI principles for user-centric designs
- Ensure designs are responsive and WCAG compliant
- Maintain visual consistency with guidelines and design systems
- Work in Content Management System (CoreMedia) for content creation
- Optimize assets for desktop and mobile
- Support content implementation and troubleshoot design issues
- Partner with eCommerce, Brand, Creative, and Development teams
- Test, refine, and quality-check assets before publication
- Collaborate with developers to resolve design discrepancies
- Submit JIRA tickets for bugs, refinements, and layout fixes
