Requirements
- First-level university degree
- At least five years of professional experience in organizational communications, preferably in an international setting, with a focus on digital communications and stakeholder engagement
- Producing content for online platforms
- Experience using corporate social media management applications and analytics
- Experience working independently with CMS (ideally WordPress), applying SEO and accessibility best practices
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of strategic communications principles
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Tasks
- Lead digital communication channel management and development
- Support content and editorial plan execution
- Oversee social media campaign execution
- Curate and maintain digital platform content
- Manage platform changes and validate content impact
- Propose digital communication improvements
- Stay updated on digital communication trends
- Analyze and translate digital metrics into insights
- Create and manage channel performance presentations
- Manage relationships with digital communication providers
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Collaborate on Communications team projects
- Perform additional Communications duties as required
