Description

As a DFT Engineer, you will focus on implementing advanced testing methodologies and collaborating with engineering teams to ensure devices are debugged and ready for production. Your work will involve generating patterns, analyzing coverage, and defining timing constraints.

• •5+ years of DFT experience
• •Proven experience in DFT solutions
• •Experience with IJTAG methodologies
• •Experience with hierarchical MBIST and scan insertion
• •Experience in ATPG pattern generation
• •Good debug capabilities in simulation
• •Experience with EDA tools for DFT and simulation
• •Knowledge of System Verilog
• •Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics or Computer Engineering

Tasks

• •Implement hierarchical MBIST and scan insertion
• •Execute BSD implementation
• •Generate ATPG patterns and analyze coverage
• •Conduct pattern simulations with timing
• •Define test mode timing constraints
• •Analyze timing reports and converge timing
• •Develop cycle-accurate functional patterns using IJTAG methodology
• •Collaborate with test and production engineering teams to debug devices
• •Debug silicon issues
