Requirements
- Experience as Desktop Publisher, Polygraph, or comparable print/digital production role
- Strong expertise in pre-press, print production, file preparation, layout adaptation, and production workflows
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Strong eye for detail, structured, precise, and reliable work approach
- Comfortable handling routine production tasks with consistency, efficiency, and care
- Understanding and accurate application of brand guidelines across print and digital assets
- Enjoyment of collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders in an international environment
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Team-oriented, reliable, hands-on mindset for smooth production processes
- Experience with Frontify or similar digital asset management system (plus)
Tasks
- Prepare, adapt, and finalise print-ready files
- Execute routine pre-press tasks
- Ensure visual consistency and technical accuracy
- Support production-heavy tasks and adaptations
- Prepare and adapt digital assets
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage and maintain digital assets in Frontify
- Contribute to workflow and process improvements
- Take ownership of precise execution and clean file structures
