Requirements

  • At least 1 year of work experience
  • Current enrollment at a German university
  • Fluency in English in a professional setting
  • Advanced Excel skills and BI, data visualization tools
  • Knowledge of SQL and ODBC connections
  • Big Query experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Eagerness to work with real world data
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team

Tasks

  • Support weekly demand reviews
  • Generate out-of-stock reports
  • Identify demand outliers
  • Analyze forecast accuracy
  • Create Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) reporting packages
  • Prepare and present performance KPIs
  • Develop comprehensive S&OP decks using BI tools and PowerPoint
  • Integrate various data visualizations into presentations
  • Collaborate during weekly and monthly operations meetings
  • Update action items and ensure process improvements
  • Review inventory management reports
  • Monitor Purchase Order pipeline and inventory health
  • Assess excess inventory levels
  • Collect and consolidate data from various portals
  • Store data in designated folders
  • Prepare detailed decks for executive reviews
  • Refresh data pipelines in Excel periodically
  • Navigate BI systems to extract key outcomes
  • Manage demand spike alerts
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for prompt resolution
  • Track and update action items from operations planning meetings
