Requirements

  • Veeva Vault R&D implementation experience or configuration knowledge
  • Degree in computer science, business informatics, engineering, or life sciences
  • Industry know-how in Pharma & Life Sciences (GxP, R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory)
  • Functional expertise in at least one R&D domain
  • Safety domain expertise
  • RIM: Registrations, Submissions, Archival, IDMP standards expertise
  • CTMS: Study Startup, Site Management, Monitoring, eTMF integration expertise
  • Quality domain expertise
  • Leadership experience in software delivery lifecycle and program management
  • Budget, governance, risk, and stakeholder management experience
  • Architectural mindset for Veeva Vault platform
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Very good German language skills
  • Very good English language skills

Tasks

  • Lead high-impact transformation projects for global R&D organizations
  • Take full ownership of the project lifecycle from initial roadmap to final validation
  • Conduct high-level workshops to capture complex functional requirements
  • Configure Vault lifecycles, workflows, and data models for Safety, RIM, and CTMS
  • Manage project management activities including timeline and resource planning
  • Track and forecast budgets to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
  • Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to design GxP and IDMP-compliant solutions
  • Manage communication between project teams, customers, and internal stakeholders
  • Mentor junior consultants across the global organization
  • Create and contribute to training materials
  • Run train-the-trainer sessions to ensure high user adoption
  • Provide insights to improve the Veeva ecosystem
  • Collaborate with master data governance and analytics teams
  • Contribute to customer presentations and Statements of Work
  • Translate technical Vault capabilities into compelling value propositions

  • Bachelor's degree
