Requirements

  • •3+ years crypto or digital assets experience
  • •Deep hands-on DeFi experience
  • •Crypto native status
  • •Leadership in DeFi or crypto environments
  • •Ability to manage material budgets
  • •Building reporting and accountability frameworks
  • •Understanding of DeFi primitives
  • •Strong commercial judgement
  • •Excellent written and verbal English communication
  • •Comfort in high-autonomy global roles
  • •Prior leadership at major DeFi protocol
  • •Managing stablecoin or commodity-backed strategies
  • •Familiarity with on-chain analytics tools

  • •Lead relationships with protocols and foundations
  • •Negotiate integrations and strategic partnerships

  • •Forecast and track budget spending
  • •Report on ROI and performance
  • •Develop a high-performing DeFi team
  • •Establish risk assessment and monitoring frameworks
  • •Report on protocol concentration and risk
  • •Collaborate with legal and treasury departments
  • •Monitor DeFi market trends and risks
