Requirements
- Strong experience building and deploying ML models in product-driven environment
- Experience ideally in Gaming, AdTech, gambling or user-incentive systems
- Robust experience of data engineering workflows
- Experience with modern data stack tools
- Proficiency in Python
- Proficiency in SQL
- Experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent leadership skills
- Ability to drive clarity
- Ability to create structure
- Ability to bring stakeholders on board
Tasks
- Design ML models for real-time recSys, ranking, and pricing algorithms
- Optimize for engagement and conversion within the gaming ecosystem
- Build reward structures and user-incentive systems
- Balance user motivation with sustainable ROAS through uplift modeling
- Optimize pricing
- Lead complex experimentation iterations in data-driven verticals
- Lead product or user acquisition experiments
- Estimate causal impact
- Develop measurement strategies like MMM and Multi-Touch Attribution
- Develop zero-to-one data products in unexplored domains
- Create initial data structures for data products
- Deploy production-ready data products
- Partner with engineering to refine the stack and system architecture
- Establish 'gold standard' documentation
