You will lead the company's data strategy by building scalable analytics platforms and transforming complex biological data into actionable insights to accelerate innovative drug discovery.

Requirements

• •PhD in quantitative field or life sciences
• •Five years of pharma or biotech experience
• •Leadership in data science and computational strategies
• •Ability to guide teams in building pipelines
• •Knowledge of biomedical data management and curation
• •Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
• •Excellent communication and presentation skills
• •Outstanding organizational skills and independence
• •Proficiency in Python, R, and Shell
• •Experience with Python and R data libraries
• •Experience with ELN, SQL, and cloud data
• •Skills in visualization and dashboarding tools
• •Knowledge of workflow orchestration and management
• •Proficiency in Azure and Databricks architecture
• •Skills in data architecture and modeling
• •Knowledge of ontologies and semantic layers
• •Advanced ETL/ELT and integration skills
• •Experience in MLOps and operational excellence
• •Desirable expertise in RNA biology and design
• •Desirable experience in next-generation sequencing methods

Tasks

• •Manage the end-to-end research data lifecycle
• •Define data standards and upload templates
• •Establish frameworks for data governance and quality
• •Oversee research data management platforms
• •Build and improve centralized research databases
• •Execute the research strategy for AI platforms
• •Apply FAIR data principles to datasets
• •Manage metadata architecture across database suites
