Triage and classify DLP alerts for wealth management, explaining incidents and guiding remediation. Hands-on security monitoring experience required. Hybrid work, 4-week workation option.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of banking business operations
- Solid analytical and data-interpretation skills
- Experience with analytics or visualization tools (advantageous)
- Hands-on experience with security monitoring or incident management
- Experience with Data Leakage Prevention (DLP) tools or other security detection technologies
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Ability to explain incidents to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to guide through remediation steps
- Ability to influence secure behaviour
- Experience in information security, risk management, compliance, data protection or audit
- Experience in the financial industry (ideal)
- Exposure to regulatory expectations around information security and/or data governance
- Structured, proactive and detail-oriented working style
- Capability to handle operational workloads
- Contribution to process strengthening and continuous improvement
- Experience working in international environments
- Experience collaborating with globally distributed teams
- Adaptability to differing business requirements and regulatory landscapes
- Relevant academic background in Information Security, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field
- Industry certifications (asset)
- Proficiency in German (plus)
- Proficiency in French (plus)
- Proficiency in Italian (plus)
Tasks
- Analyze, triage, and classify DLP alerts
- Identify potential data leakage incidents
- Explain incident context to employees
- Guide employees through remediation actions
- Promote secure data-handling practices
- Drive continuous improvement of DLP processes
- Enhance DLP playbooks and workflows
- Leverage insights to streamline activities
- Strengthen the Bank's data protection posture
- Analyze DLP event data for trends
- Detect patterns and anomalies in data
- Translate analytical insights into reports
- Contribute to KPI/KRI development
- Ensure consistent application of DLP rules
- Apply DLP policies and control frameworks
- Provide guidance on policy interpretation
- Support refinement of rulesets
- Reduce false positives
- Maintain strong data protection
- Collaborate with international DLP teams
- Ensure alignment of processes and controls
- Align incident handling practices globally
- Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Support cross-functional learning
- Reinforce secure data-handling behaviours
