Requirements

  • Ability to fetch and prepare data using Python and SQL
  • Familiarity with data orchestration tools like Prefect, Airflow
  • Familiarity with data ingestion from Files, S3, Iceberg tables, APIs, databases
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Knowledge of best practices for data storage, security and scalability on AWS
  • Experience with Snowflake, S3, EC2 and ECS
  • Implementation of CI/CD pipelines for seamless software development and deployment
  • Automation of data workflows, reducing manual effort
  • Proficiency in using Terraform to define and provision cloud infrastructure
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years in data engineering building production pipelines and platforms
  • Healthcare domain experience is a plus
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to transform complex data into actionable insights
  • Fluent in English, German a plus
  • Highly structured, curious, and motivated to work in an international and cross-functional environment

  • Enhance orchestration and ensure data quality

  • Develop and optimize ELTs for new data sources

  • Drive business outcomes through effective data solutions
