Tasks
- Attend client sites on time
- Bring required equipment, uniform, and documentation
- Wear personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Unload and unpack IT hardware with power tools
- Position server racks
- Lift up to 30-40 kg, occasionally up to 50 kg
- Use safe lifting methods
- Cable server racks by patching and dressing fibre and copper cables
- Provide professional customer service
- Follow client procedures and requirements
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines
- Maintain security protocols
- Communicate with colleagues and managers
- Report arrival times, delays, safety concerns, and completion times
- Complete daily checklists
- Document daily activities and tasks
- Perform general administration tasks
- Undertake other duties as assigned

- High school diploma
