- Data mentorship and coaching capability
- Upskilling of junior analysts and non-technical stakeholders
- Guidance on dashboard development
- Guidance on effective data storytelling
- Advanced SQL proficiency
- Advanced data visualization proficiency
- Extensive Google Looker Studio experience
- Extensive Google BigQuery experience
- Experience in CRM data extraction (Salesforce/ADvendio)
- Experience in AdServer data extraction
- Experience in CRM data harmonization (Salesforce/ADvendio)
- Experience in AdServer data harmonization
- Deep understanding of digital advertising metrics
- Understanding of linkage to business objectives
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong analytical orientation
- Self-driven approach
- Focus on scalable data structure development
- Focus on establishment of reporting standards
- Fluency in English
- Ability to convey complex analytical concepts clearly
