Requirements
- University degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Quantitative Marketing, or related field
- Solid experience in data mining, CRM, direct marketing, or analytics in a business environment
- Strong analytical skills and confidence with SPSS, SAS, SQL, Cognos, or similar technologies
- Project management and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Familiarity with Power BI, Snowflake, SAP, or campaign management tools (advantageous)
- Previous people management experience leading small teams (advantageous)
- Ability to translate complex data into simple, actionable insights for non-technical audiences
- Leadership mindset aligned with Nespresso’s behaviors
- English fluency
Tasks
- Collect and integrate internal and external data
- Analyze data to generate consumer insights
- Build and maintain high-quality databases
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Deliver actionable insights for marketing strategies
- Support consumer journey initiatives
- Contribute to business planning
- Develop forecasting models
- Create predictive models for long-term planning
- Produce periodic KPI reports
- Identify and share trends with stakeholders
- Conduct pre- and post-campaign analysis
- Drive cross-functional projects
- Manage sub-department budgets
- Contribute to MBP cycle
- Lead a team of data professionals
- Foster a culture of collaboration and learning
- Promote continuous improvement and analytical excellence
