Requirements
- Degree in maths, engineering, or science
- Considerable knowledge and experience in Cybersecurity
- Knowledge of ISO 27000 and ISA/IEC 62443
- Knowledge of NIS 2 and European legislation
- Experience managing cyber security audits
- Knowledge of cyber security tools
- Experience with SCADA and industrial control systems
- High level of IT literacy
- Understanding of technical due diligence
- Significant experience in engineering industry
- Sound planning and analysis skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Report writing and presentation skills
- Good organizational and operational skills
- Ability to coordinate scope of works
- Ability to advise on technical risks
- Problem solving and obstacle management
- Capacity for international multicultural teamwork
- Flexibility for international travel
- High level of English proficiency
- CISA, CISM, CISSP, or SANS certifications

Tasks
- Implement cybersecurity tools, controls, and checks
- Deploy information security and data protection systems
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company strategy
- Manage risk and third-party assurance
- Oversee disaster recovery and vulnerability management
- Serve as Technical Information Security Officer for Continental Europe
- Identify critical systems, owners, and custodians
- Lead assurance initiatives and corresponding action plans
- Coordinate cybersecurity plans with CISO and BISOs
- Monitor infrastructure, risk maps, and performance metrics
- Generate assurance maps and follow-up reports
- Manage the cybersecurity management model
- Coordinate cyber incident responses with GIRT, SIRT, and OIRTs
- Train and raise cybersecurity awareness within the organization
- Organize internal and external cybersecurity audits
- Perform compliance checks on monitoring and defense systems
- Propose solutions to align risk with appetite
- Act as cybersecurity point of contact for Continental Europe
- Collect evidence to demonstrate audit compliance
- Integrate cybersecurity requirements into future project designs
- Embed security standards into maintenance and supply contracts
- Implement data protection actions as Data Protection Manager
- Liaise with country and IEI Data Protection Officers
- Share best practices with Iberdrola business units
- Standardize cybersecurity strategies across global O&M Hubs
- Prepare scopes of work and technical evaluations
- Select technically qualified providers during procurement
- Manage maintenance contracts to reduce costs
- Maximize business EBITDA through efficient contract management
- Interact with onshore O&M and regulatory bodies
- Manage the cybersecurity team and Data Protection Manager
