- Experience advising senior decision-makers on cyber, ISR, or electromagnetic spectrum capability investments
- Background leading multi-organization technical teams in developing, evaluating, or accrediting advanced cross-domain, data-sharing, or zero-trust architectures
- Capability to climb ladders and tolerate confined spaces/extreme temperature variances
Tasks
- Lead planning for Cross-Domain Solutions (CDS)
- Develop CDS architecture for Air Force mission and security
- Integrate CDS operationally across classification boundaries
- Integrate all Cross-Domain Solution (CDS) activities
- Synchronize CDS efforts with Air Force and national agencies
- Ensure interoperability and alignment with cybersecurity environments
- Oversee technical assessments
- Oversee system design
- Oversee technology modernization initiatives
- Ensure compliance with NSA RTB and DISA CDS requirements
- Ensure compliance with DoD RMF standards
- Direct test planning for Authorization to Operate (ATO)
- Direct lab and operational validation for ATO
- Direct accreditation activities for ATO
- Coordinate with Air Force and joint test organizations
- Support certification and operational acceptance
