Customer Success Manager(m/w/x)
Onboarding and training new users on Frontify's brand platform for asset organization and campaign creation. 3+ years in Customer Success or Account Management required. Fixed-term contract until May 2027, 25 days annual leave.
Requirements
- Comfortable working in a hybrid format, office visits twice weekly
- 3+ years experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Business Development
- Skilled at onboarding, driving product adoption, engagement, and satisfaction
- Familiar with key success metrics (Adoption Rate, Net Revenue Retention, CLV, NPS, Churn Rate)
- Strong communicator and relationship-builder, internal and external
- Confident in tech, enjoys automating processes
- Authentic, motivated, and accountable
- C1+ (full professional) proficiency in English and French
- Comfortable with change, excited to contribute to dynamic environment
Tasks
- Guide new customers through onboarding
- Deliver tailored training to maximize product value
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders
- Conduct regular check-ins to gather feedback and share updates
- Serve as the primary contact for customer questions and issues
- Ensure timely, high-quality support
- Monitor product usage to identify trends and underutilization
- Drive deeper adoption of the platform
- Lead renewal conversations
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Ensure long-term customer retention
- Align Frontify’s capabilities with evolving business goals
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, support, and marketing
- Create a smooth, cohesive customer experience
