- Oversee escalation processes and recommend improvements
- Analyze KPIs to generate actionable business insights
- Coordinate digital process transitions with subject matter experts
- Lead regional best practice sharing initiatives
- Execute data analyses using SAP, Power BI, and Celonis
- Identify improvement opportunities through process mining
- Develop digital and AI-driven solution proposals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to increase touchless orders
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for digital initiatives
