Tasks

  • Handle customer and distributor inquiries
  • Answer incoming calls and emails professionally
  • Understand customer needs and environments
  • Process orders and requests in ERP and CRM
  • Work closely with Sales, Finance, Logistics, Regulatory, and Contracts teams
  • Recommend process improvements
  • Provide high-standard customer support
  • Enter sales orders into SAP
  • Verify purchase order terms and conditions
  • Process and track service requests in CRM
  • Log and report customer complaints
  • Follow up on and resolve sales order issues
  • Monitor open sales orders, RMAs, and service requests
  • Maintain accurate customer data in SAP and CRM
  • Learn company policies, processes, and procedures
  • Understand products and pricing models
  • Generate ad hoc reports
  • Support punctual projects and administrative tasks
  • Promote continuous process improvement
