Customer Quality Specialist(m/w/x)
Analyzing customer issues and tracking corrective actions in PPS tool for global industrial solutions. Five years quality experience or Electrical Engineering degree required. Hybrid work model.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Five years experience in quality or equivalent
- Understanding of quality processes and problem-solving
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and effectiveness under pressure
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (plus)
- Willingness to travel up to 10%
Tasks
- Support the local quality strategy deployment
- Analyze customer issues to identify root causes
- Track corrective activities in the PPS tool
- Present quality reports and improvements to customers
- Follow up systematically on agreed customer actions
- Define containment, corrective, and preventive actions
- Facilitate Level 2 Quality Circles
- Escalate critical cases to the line manager
- Improve manufacturing and supplier quality metrics
- Reduce the overall cost of poor quality
- Collaborate with functions to reach performance targets

- Bachelor's degree
