Tasks

  • Serve as the main point of contact for existing customers
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and live chat
  • Gather and share customer feedback with the business
  • Collaborate with departments to enhance the customer journey
  • Identify and resolve customer payment queries
  • Assist customers in their preferred language using bilingual skills
  • Manage customer queries from escalation to resolution
  • Offer alternative solutions to help customers effectively
  • Contribute to the NPS score by preventing and resolving issues
  • Perform administrative tasks for current customers
  • Multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Utilize active listening skills to understand customer needs
  • Use Salesforce CRM, Zendesk, and other software tools
  • Support team members for quick customer resolution
  • Fill in for other teams and colleagues as needed
  • Work collaboratively within a close-knit team
  • Demonstrate values of openness, interest, proactivity, and brightness
