Requirements

  • Degree in IT or comparable subject area
  • Experience with Windows Server installation, configuration, administration
  • Advantageous experience with SQL servers and container technologies (Docker/Kubernetes)
  • Desirable experience with Linux installation, configuration, administration
  • Affinity for technology and interest in IT environment topics
  • Excellent communication skills, independent, customer-oriented, responsible work
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) required, German knowledge advantageous

Tasks

  • Provide professional, solution-oriented customer support
  • Install software solutions at customer sites
  • Deliver remote customer support independently
  • Monitor software performance and stability
  • Analyze and troubleshoot errors
  • Support rollout of new software releases
  • Ensure smooth implementation of hotfixes and patches

  • Bachelor's degree
