  • •Proven track record of utilizing digital technologies and data to extract customer insights
  • •Strong experience in international project management
  • •Excellent analytical and listening skills
  • •Ability to function in a matrix environment and excellent collaboration skills

Tasks

  • •Execute the Customer Centricity Stream roadmap
  • •Lead the Speak Up! 2026 customer survey
  • •Report survey results across Functions & Markets
  • •Define remediation plans based on survey results
  • •Develop and deploy VoC, CSAT, and Customer Data platforms
  • •Drive consistency in customer experience across all touchpoints
  • •Integrate customer journey insights into various Function plans
  • •Transform the Customer Centricity & Experience team
