- •Excellent analytical and listening skills
- •Ability to function in a matrix environment and excellent collaboration skills

Tasks
- •Execute the Customer Centricity Stream roadmap
- •Lead the Speak Up! 2026 customer survey
- •Report survey results across Functions & Markets
- •Define remediation plans based on survey results
- •Develop and deploy VoC, CSAT, and Customer Data platforms
- •Drive consistency in customer experience across all touchpoints
- •Integrate customer journey insights into various Function plans
- •Transform the Customer Centricity & Experience team
