Requirements

- Deep understanding of space-specific quality standards and best practices
- Knowledge of EEE Quality and Parts Approval procedures
- Very good written and spoken English and German skills
- Good SAP R/3 and MS Office skills
- Excellent communication skills with persuasiveness, assertiveness, and persistence
- Ability to deal with complex and difficult situations
- Independent and goal-oriented way of working in an international environment
- Willingness to travel
- Flexibility and ability to work in a team
Tasks
- Serve as the focal point for all quality questions throughout the program lifecycle
- Manage customer-related quality assurance activities
- Ensure compliance with quality requirements from RTX, Collins, customers, and regulatory standards
- Coordinate internally and externally to address quality deviations and non-conformities
- Drive root cause corrective action (RCCA) and problem resolution
- Prepare, review, and release product and process quality assurance documents and reports
- Support internal and external audits
- Promote quality compliance and continuous improvement
- Assist with product and production process changes and work transfers
