- Prepare dishes following recipes and quality standards
- Organize daily mise en place and anticipate needs
- Coordinate with the team for synchronized plating
- Apply HACCP hygiene standards and internal procedures
- Inspect incoming goods and ensure proper stock rotation
- Monitor inventory and report needs to the Head Chef
- Maintain a clean workstation and general kitchen area
- Mentor new employees, interns, and commis chefs
