- Proven expertise in VIP client management and campaigns
- Passion for creating exceptional client experiences
- Highly analytical with CRM tools, Power BI, and Excel skills
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders
- Structured, detail-oriented, and collaborative with ownership
- Fluent English; French is a plus
- Flexible and willing to travel regularly
