Requirements
- •Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or related field
- •6-10+ years’ relevant Credit Risk Analysis experience
- •Understanding or experience in Credit risk frameworks
- •Strong Credit Risk analytical expertise
- •Experience in Reinsurance, Insurance, or Captives
- •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- •Resilience and change management ability
- •CFA, FRM or similar qualifications

Tasks
- •Advise stakeholders to promote a strong risk culture
- •Oversee credit risk portfolio quality and governance
- •Facilitate the Corporate Reinsurance Credit Committee
- •Prepare committee agendas and portfolio analyses
- •Maintain and develop risk management standards
- •Draft credit risk reports for the Board
- •Manage approved lists for reinsurance and brokers
- •Collaborate on exposure measurement methodologies
- •Provide risk insights through quarterly reporting
- •Ensure adherence to policy and ERM processes
- •Drive automation and system workflow improvements
