Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- 1-5 years analytical experience
- Expertise in Excel and Word
- Strong analytical, quantitative, organizational skills
- Adaptability to changing project priorities
- Ability to thrive in team environment
- Fluency in German, Spanish, Italian, and/or French (in addition to English)
- Knowledge of bank/non-bank sectors (leasing), a plus
- Capital markets and/or credit analysis experience, a plus
- MBA and/or CFA, or progress toward designations, a plus
- Ability to conduct onsite meetings
Tasks
- Analyze key quantitative and qualitative credit factors
- Develop and maintain financial spreads and tools
- Present company analysis to internal committee
- Conduct onsite meetings with company management
- Communicate rating rationale to external audiences
- Participate in evaluating other credits within Financial Institutions
- Actively assist in related industry studies
