Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • 1-5 years analytical experience
  • Expertise in Excel and Word
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, organizational skills
  • Adaptability to changing project priorities
  • Ability to thrive in team environment
  • Fluency in German, Spanish, Italian, and/or French (in addition to English)
  • Knowledge of bank/non-bank sectors (leasing), a plus
  • Capital markets and/or credit analysis experience, a plus
  • MBA and/or CFA, or progress toward designations, a plus
  • Ability to conduct onsite meetings

Tasks

  • Analyze key quantitative and qualitative credit factors
  • Develop and maintain financial spreads and tools
  • Present company analysis to internal committee
  • Conduct onsite meetings with company management
  • Communicate rating rationale to external audiences
  • Participate in evaluating other credits within Financial Institutions
  • Actively assist in related industry studies
