- 10+ years creative and marketing experience
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Cloud
- Experience with AI-improved compose processes
- Proficient English skills
- German or French skills highly desirable
- Experience with Workday project management tool
Tasks
- Lead campaign direction and brand projects across EMEA
- Define ideas and develop creative concepts
- Ensure alignment with briefs and global guidelines
- Partner with marketers, media, and social teams
- Maintain and expand the brand across markets
- Guide teams on tone, visuals, and storytelling
- Utilize audience trends and cultural insights
- Connect with global studio and marketing teams
- Build influential relationships to clarify objectives
- Foster creative excellence through brand design systems
- Maintain brand consistency and regional relevance
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously
- Ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and budget
- Coordinate execution with internal and agency partners
- Cultivate a collaborative and positive team environment
- Identify and drive design process improvements
- Align creative direction with business goals
- Manage stakeholder expectations across leadership teams
- Champion inspiring work with measurable impact
- Use performance data to improve creative output
