Description

You will drive the success of CPQ projects by coordinating between IT and engineering teams, ensuring every implementation stays on track while you manage budgets and optimize processes.

Requirements

• •Degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field
• •Master’s degree or MBA as a plus
• •5+ years of project management experience
• •Track record managing large-scale cross-functional projects
• •Experience in project management
• •Familiarity with Jira, Trello, or MS Project as a plus
• •Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall as a plus
• •Deep knowledge of CPQ and CRM tools
• •Experience with Tacton and MS Dynamics as advantage
• •Experience with system integration and data governance
• •Experience leading cross-functional teams
• •Advanced communication and stakeholder management skills
• •Adaptability and resilience
• •Strong organizational and time-management skills
• •Excellent written and spoken English skills
• •Additional German skills as a huge advantage

Tasks

• •Plan and manage CPQ implementation projects
• •Oversee system upgrades and optimization efforts
• •Ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget
• •Define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines
• •Coordinate efforts across business, IT, and engineering
• •Communicate project updates and key milestones
• •Mitigate and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies
• •Allocate resources and track project budgets
• •Ensure adherence to financial constraints
• •Oversee user acceptance testing and validation
• •Manage go-live processes and successful deployment
• •Document lessons learned and improve future processes
