Tasks

  • Own P&L and revenue growth for Building Controls portfolio
  • Develop and execute plans to achieve revenue, margin, and service targets
  • Define and lead end-to-end go-to-market strategy
  • Build and manage executive-level client relationships
  • Expand solution penetration and long-term partnerships
  • Oversee forecasting, pipeline management, and bookings commitments
  • Monitor performance, identify risks, and optimize programs for profitability
  • Lead complex deal shaping, pricing, and contract negotiations
  • Ensure favorable terms and risk mitigation
  • Apply building controls and automation expertise to identify growth opportunities
  • Translate customer needs into scalable solutions
